There really are so many different workouts you can do at home! Today I did more of an all-around workout instead of targeting one muscle group. 

7/22 Workout:

Squats: 2x10
Squat jumps: 2x10
Plank leg pulls: 4x10
Bent over dumbbell fly: 4x5 20#
Donkey kicks: 4x15
