Walking lunges and donkey kicks

Ok use your imagination with this one, it came out kinda weird. I like putting the treadmill on a speed of 2.0 and doing a deep lunge and then lifting to a donkey kick at the end. Use any incline you’d like. I like doing it at about 6.0% incline. This gets you cardio, legs, and bootywork!

4/14 Workout:

Cable standing row (pictured): 5x5 80#
Bent over barbell row: 5x5 40#
Seated row: 5x5 70#
Lat pulldowns: 5x5 80#
Standing lat pushdowns: 5x5 40#

Donkey kicks: 4x15
Glute bridges: 4x15 70#
Glute cable pull-throughs: 5x10 60#

Treadmill: 15 mins total. 5 mins at 2.0 speed, 6.0 incline while doing lunges and donkey kicks. 5 mins at 4.0 speed, 5.0 incline while walking. Then repeat first 5 mins.

Russian twists: 3x10 25#
Bosu ball plank leg pulls: 5x10 (1 set with push-ups)

So there’s this girl…who makes me feel all funny on my insides. I feel it in my guts when she’s around. She makes me smile and surprises me at wrestling shows. And when she tickles me I don’t mind laughing like a girl. Lol but then in the silent times when I’m just holding her close…I feel good. I feel right.
